About This Program
ACD Refrigeration Equipment Co. sponsors this registered HVAC Technician apprenticeship in Saugus, MA. This non-union, employer-sponsored program is designed to train the next generation of HVAC and refrigeration professionals through structured, paid field experience. Apprentices begin earning wages on their first day, combining income with skill development over the course of the program.
