This non-union, employer-based program provides individuals in Camden County and the surrounding South Jersey region with a structured route into the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning trade. Apprentices earn wages throughout the full four-year program, allowing them to develop professionally without sacrificing income.
The apprenticeship includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction.
