About This Program
Bryan and Williams HVAC sponsors a registered HVAC Technician Apprenticeship in Milton, DE. This employer-sponsored, non-union program gives individuals in Sussex County a paid, structured opportunity to enter the HVAC trade with a local employer in one of Delaware's growing coastal communities.
The apprenticeship spans 4 years and combines 8,000 hours of on-the-job training with 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices work with experienced HVAC technicians learning to install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Classroom instruction covers refrigeration fundamentals, electrical systems, equipment diagnostics, air distribution, EPA regulations, and workplace safety.
