The Electricians JATC Lima Area LU 32 sponsors a union electrician apprenticeship in Lima, OH. This IBEW-affiliated Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee program serves northwestern Ohio and provides a paid, structured pathway into the electrical trade. Apprentices earn wages from the first day on the job and see those wages increase as they progress through the five-year program.
The time-based apprenticeship includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training combined with 576 hours of related technical instruction.
