About This Program
The Fresno Area Plumbers, Pipe & Refrigeration Fitters JATC sponsors a registered HVAC Technician apprenticeship in Fresno, California. This is a union Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) program, giving apprentices access to collectively bargained wages, benefits, and work placements with signatory contractors throughout the Fresno region and Central Valley.
