Good Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning Inc. sponsors this registered HVAC Technician Apprenticeship in Souderton, PA. This non-union program offers a paid training pathway for individuals in the Montgomery County area interested in the HVAC and plumbing trade. Apprentices earn wages throughout the program while gaining the practical skills and technical knowledge required to work as journey-level technicians.
The four-year program includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction. Working with Good Plumbing's experienced staff, apprentices learn to install, maintain, and service heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems across a range of residential and commercial applications. Technical instruction covers refrigeration fundamentals, electrical systems, plumbing codes, combustion systems, and EPA refrigerant handling requirements.
Graduates of this apprenticeship complete the program as journey-level HVAC technicians.
