This non-union, employer-sponsored program offers a structured, paid training pathway for individuals entering the HVAC trade in the greater Baltimore area. Apprentices earn wages from day one, making it possible to build both income and expertise simultaneously throughout the 4-year program.
The time-based program includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction.
