Kalos Services, Inc. HVAC/R Commissioning Service Apprenticeship, based in Clermont, FL, is an employer-sponsored, registered, non-union program focused on developing skilled HVAC technicians. Apprentices earn pay from day one while receiving hands-on training in HVAC, refrigeration, and system commissioning services.

This four-year, time-based program includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices work on installing, diagnosing, and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
