Millwright & Machinery Erectors JATC sponsors this union Millwright Apprenticeship program in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Backed by a Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee, this program delivers comprehensive industrial training through a labor-management structure that ensures apprentices meet the highest standards of the millwright trade while benefiting from union support and representation.
The four-year program includes 8,000 hours of paid on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices learn to install, align, and maintain a wide variety of industrial machinery including turbines, conveyors, and compressors.
