MR. PLUMBER, INC. sponsors this registered Plumber/Pipefitter apprenticeship program based in Fort Wayne, IN. This employer-sponsored, non-union program provides hands-on, paid training for motivated individuals who want to enter the plumbing industry in northeastern Indiana.

The five-year program includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices work alongside experienced plumbers on residential and commercial jobs, developing practical skills in water supply systems, drain and waste piping, fixture and appliance installation, and gas line service. Classroom instruction covers the technical knowledge needed to work professionally, including plumbing code, safety regulations, mathematics for the trades, and blueprint reading.

Graduating apprentices earn journey-level standing and are prepared for a wide range of plumbing work in Fort Wayne and the surrounding region. MR.
