About This Program
North East Boilermakers sponsors this registered boilermaker apprenticeship based in Easthampton, NJ. This employer-sponsored, non-union program prepares individuals for skilled careers in the boilermaker trade through a fully paid, 4-year combination of on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
The program includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices work with experienced boilermakers on industrial job sites, learning to fabricate, erect, install, and service boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.
