About This Program
Northern MN Millwrights JAC sponsors this union Millwright Apprenticeship program in Duluth, Minnesota. As a Joint Apprenticeship Committee program, this apprenticeship is administered through a labor-management partnership that upholds rigorous training standards and connects apprentices to union employment in industrial construction and maintenance across northern Minnesota.
The program runs for four years and includes 8,000 hours of paid on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction.
