About This Program
Patriot Arc LLC sponsors a registered non-union ironworker apprenticeship in Enterprise, UT. This employer-sponsored program provides a structured pathway into the ironworking trade for individuals looking to build a skilled craft career in southern Utah. Apprentices are paid throughout the program, earning wages while developing professional skills on actual job sites.
The four-year apprenticeship includes 6,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices work under experienced ironworkers learning structural steel erection, rebar and reinforcing iron placement, rigging, welding basics, and job site safety. Classroom instruction supports the field training by covering blueprint reading, trade math, and ironworking theory.
