Sapper HVAC sponsors a registered HVAC Technician apprenticeship in Chandler, Arizona, in the heart of the Phoenix East Valley. This non-union program gives motivated individuals in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area a paid, structured entry point into the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning trade. Apprentices earn wages while training, allowing them to support themselves financially as they build long-term career skills.

The program runs for four years and combines 8,000 hours of on-the-job training with 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices learn to install, service, and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC systems in one of the hottest major metros in the country.
