Tony Kelly, Inc. dba Tony Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning, located in Tallahassee, FL, sponsors this registered, non-union HVAC Technician apprenticeship. Apprentices receive pay from their first day and work directly with experienced technicians, building practical skills on real jobs throughout the program.

The four-year program consists of 8,000 hours of on-the-job training paired with 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices develop competency in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
