About This Program
Trinity Heating & Air, Inc. sponsors this registered HVAC Technician apprenticeship in West Wareham, MA. This non-union, employer-sponsored program provides a paid training pathway into the HVAC trade for motivated individuals in the southeastern Massachusetts region. Apprentices earn wages from the beginning of the program while gaining the skills and credentials needed to work professionally in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
The program is time-based and spans 4 years, with 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices work directly with Trinity Heating & Air's technicians, learning to install, service, and maintain a range of residential and commercial HVAC equipment. The technical instruction component covers refrigeration cycles, electrical fundamentals, controls, troubleshooting, load analysis, and safety and code requirements.
Upon completing the program, graduates are qualified to work as journey-level HVAC technicians.
