We Energies sponsors an electrician apprenticeship in Oak Creek, WI. We Energies is one of the Midwest's largest utility providers, and this employer-sponsored program offers a distinctive opportunity to train as an electrician within a major energy company's operations. Apprentices receive pay from the start of the program.
The five-year apprenticeship includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices work within We Energies' facilities and field operations, learning electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting with a focus on utility and power systems.
