Diesel Technician License Requirements in Florida

Florida does not require a statewide license for diesel technicians. No state-level diesel mechanic licensing board exists. Employers commonly require ASE certifications. Motor vehicle repair shops must register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, but individual technician licensing is not required.
