Electrician

Electrician is a one- to two-year certificate program at Central New Mexico Community College, a public institution located in Albuquerque, NM. This program is part of the electrician and electrical installation field (CIP 46.0302) and provides foundational training in electrical theory, wiring methods, safety codes, and the installation of basic electrical systems to prepare students for entry-level positions in the electrical trades.

Central New Mexico Community College also offers a longer two- to four-year Electrician certificate for students who want more comprehensive electrical training.
