Defense Commissary Agency

Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is a federal government agency headquartered at Fort Lee, Virginia. DeCA operates the network of commissaries that serve military personnel, retirees, and their families across the United States and overseas. It is not a postsecondary educational institution, and no IPEDS enrollment, completion, or retention data is applicable.
