Fort Lyon Supportive Residential Community

Fort Lyon Supportive Residential Community is a transitional residential program located in Las Animas, Colorado, that provides supportive services, including education and vocational training, for individuals experiencing homelessness. The program operates on the historic Fort Lyon campus and is administered in partnership with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.
