Culinary Arts/Chef Training

Culinary Arts/Chef Training is available as a two-to-four-year certificate program at Hennepin Technical College, a public institution in Brooklyn Park, MN. The program is part of the culinary arts field (CIP 12.0503) and provides students with hands-on training in professional cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food service management.

Hennepin Technical College also offers a Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef certificate at the same credential level, along with programs in Recording Arts Technology, Computer Support Specialist, Computer Systems Networking, and Computer and Information Systems Security.
