Houston Gulf Coast Building and Construction Trades Council

Houston Gulf Coast Building and Construction Trades Council is a labor organization and apprenticeship training entity located in LaMarque, Texas. The council represents affiliated craft unions in the Houston Gulf Coast area and oversees apprenticeship and journeyman training programs for workers in the building and construction trades.

Training programs administered through the council cover a range of skilled trades, including electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, ironwork, sheet metal, and other construction specialties.
