Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic)

Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) is a one- to two-year certificate program offered at Ogeechee Technical College, a public institution in Statesboro, Georgia. The program trains students to respond to medical emergencies, provide pre-hospital care, and perform advanced life support procedures in accordance with state and national EMS standards.

This program is part of the emergency medical technology field (CIP 51.0904) and prepares graduates to sit for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) paramedic examination.
