University of Phoenix at Vancouver Learning Center

University of Phoenix at Vancouver Learning Center was an off-campus instructional site located in Vancouver, Washington, operating as part of the University of Phoenix network, a private for-profit institution. The Vancouver Learning Center provided local access to University of Phoenix programs for students in the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area. This site may no longer be operational as University of Phoenix substantially reduced its physical campus footprint in the 2010s.
