Dubon Masonry Construction LLC sponsors this Mason apprenticeship based in East Greenwich, RI. This employer-sponsored, time-based program gives apprentices the opportunity to learn the masonry trade directly on the job, working alongside skilled craftspeople on residential and commercial construction projects in Rhode Island.
The program spans three years and includes 6,000 hours of paid on-the-job training combined with 432 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices build skills in brick, block, and stone masonry, mortar mixing and placement, surface finishing, and job site safety. Technical coursework reinforces field training with instruction in blueprint reading, trade math, and construction standards.
Graduates complete the program as journey-level masons ready to work independently in the New England construction market.
