About This Program
Kingspan Roofing + Waterproofing sponsors a registered Roofer apprenticeship in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This non-union program is offered through a nationally recognized roofing and building envelope manufacturer, giving apprentices exposure to modern roofing and waterproofing systems used on commercial and industrial projects. Apprentices are paid throughout the three-year training period.
The program includes 4,000 hours of hands-on, on-the-job training and 432 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices learn roofing system installation, waterproofing applications, insulation techniques, flashing, and proper use of equipment and materials. Classroom instruction covers roofing science, building envelope principles, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
