About This Program
M & M Masonry in Freeman, MO sponsors a registered non-union Mason apprenticeship that gives motivated individuals the opportunity to enter the masonry trade through structured, paid training. Apprentices begin earning wages on day one while building practical skills under the guidance of experienced craftspeople.
The program is three years in length and includes 6,000 hours of on-the-job training supplemented by 432 hours of related technical instruction. Apprentices work directly with brick, block, stone, and concrete masonry units, learning proper installation, layout, cutting, and mortar application.
