Nevada State University

Nevada State University in Henderson, NV is a public four-year university. It opened in September 2002 and became Nevada State University in 2023. The university is regionally accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities and reports more than 65 majors and minors. Its local offerings include the School of Nursing's baccalaureate programs for new students and registered nurses, plus engineering technology BAS options in computer and telecommunications technology.
