Welding Technology/Welder

Welding Technology/Welder is a one- to two-year certificate program at Peninsula College, a public institution in Port Angeles, WA. This program falls within the welding technology field and provides foundational training in common welding processes including shielded metal arc, MIG, and TIG welding, along with cutting techniques, weld inspection, and shop safety.

In the welding technology field, shorter certificate programs offer an accelerated pathway to entry-level welding positions in manufacturing, fabrication, and construction.
